Contact us to get our address by providing a clean and tidy photo of the soles of your photos and ensuring that the secondary sales of the product will not be affected. (You need to pay the return postage yourself.) After we receive the product and confirm that it is correct, we can proceed to the next process of returning or exchanging the product.

Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Items must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached.
