Coco Shoes Order Process

1. Select the shoes you like, tick the correct shoe size and click Buy Now (If you buy multiple pairs, please add to the cart)

2. Fill in the delivery information, please fill in the correct email, phone and address. (Very important)

3. Select the payment method you want and follow the prompts to pay. If you have a discount code, remember to use it before payment.

4. We will confirm the order information with you via WhatsAPP/Facebook/Email/Instagram, such as size, shipping address

5. QC pictures are sent for free via WhatsAPP/Instagram/Email.

6. The sneakers will ship after you confirm the size/shipping info/QCpics.

7. We will provide a tracking number. (Tracking package information is sometimes delayed, please be patient.)

8. You can contact Cocoshoes customer service or check the tracking status on the website.

Shipping And Delivery

CocoShoes sends sneakers from China for delivery via DHL/FedEx/EMS

In the rare event that the courier cannot arrive or there is a customs problem, you will be notified and we will compensate you on a case-by-case basis.

How Long Will Delivery Take

As usual, CocoShoes will ship after confirming the QC photos with you. Shipping takes 7-15 working days.

We carry out strict quality control of your shipments and ensure that they are properly packaged before shipment. Most of our orders can be shipped within 24 hours if in stock.

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19) traffic restrictions and items need to be disinfected. Shipping times are sometimes extended to 20-25 days.
